1979-1982 I failed in my undergraduate studies in Northern Eastern University; Boston/USA



1982-1987 In 4 years I finished two degrees from University of Yarmouk-Irbid/Jordan



1990 Invasion of Kuwait



1991-1994 I started my career all over again. I helped the Housing Bank to be the first bank in Jordan to issue Foreign Currency Certificate of Deposit (CDs) and to lead the Jordanian banking sector by setting up the first Mutual Fund. This opened up the door for my career in Jordan.



1994-2003 HSBC was the third bank to offer custodial services here in Jordan and in a small capital market like Jordan you have to be exceptional to make Citibank exit the service and Arab Bank with one or two customers. Moreover, the investment banking division in the Middle East was mandated to lead some financial transactions.





2003-2008 Managing a company with no history of any private sector initiatives as Iraq's economy was totally controlled by the state and no financial records and with limited cash available. But; we have managed thanks to Allah to become the exclusive business partners to P&G ; Coke; New Holland and Cummins .In addition; to securing banking facilities to run the business with no or limited collateral. No single default as we settled all our obligations.



Current Thanks to Allah that I am now building UMAC to be inshallah the most professional and prompt Agriculture Organic Fertilizer Distribution Company in Jordan and later the region inshallah.
