It has two bedrooms. The whole apartment is 100 square meters. You can choose to rent the whole apartment, or just one room. Both rooms can hold two people. New furnished, clean, 24 hours hot water, 24 hours unlimited wireless internet.
3)Rent: If you rent for more than three months, it is 3500 Yuan/month for the whole apartment, 2000Yuan/month for the bigger room, 1800 Yuan/month for the smaller room. If you rent for two or three months, it is 200 Yuan more for each room. If you just rent for one month, it is 2500 Yuan/month for the bigger room, 2300 Yuan/month for the smaller room. No matter how long you rent, you can always pay me month by month, one month renting fee as deposit. You can move out anytime. Just need to let me know three weeks before, which gives you flexibility. Before you go, we will check the room, if everything is ok, we will give you the deposit back. I am the landlord. So you do not need to pay any agent fee. If you rent it for less than one month, you can pay day by day. It is 110 Yuan/day for the bigger room, 100 Yuan/day for the smaller room. 200 Yuan as deposit.
