There are common areas as the dining room, kitchen fully equiped and bathrooms. We are just opening and most things are brand new. Wi-fi & housekeeping service are included, 1 1/2 bathrooms, living/dining room with balcony to the street.
All guests are welcome, but they must be tidy, clean and respectful with the others, especially in the compliance of certain basic rules of contact, to keep a climate of rest, peace and armonia for every guest - i live not in the house...
It is located near to the corner of San Juan ave. & San José st in San Telmo´s Neighborhood, just 1 block away from the metro, line E (station San José) and 3 blocks from San Juan station the line C. On the other side of the street there's a gas station with grosery store open 24/7, there are supermarkets, bakery & laundry on the area, and there it is located very near to the UADE and UIA universities.
