Hello,
I am renting a room in a flat in Paseo Valldaura 246 (Nou Barris), in a building with a doorman and elevator.
The room is individual, with an interior window, very cozy and completely furnished (bed, bedside table, desk, chair, two shelves and wardrobe).
The flat has three rooms (we would be three girls) and is in excellent conditions. It is totally equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Internet Wifi, telephone with free calls to Spanish landlines, etc …) and very luminous (it has also a balcony).
The area is quiet and with good links to the city centre. It’s 3 minutes walking to the metro station L4 Llucmajor (next to Plaza Llucmajor), and 15 minutes to L1, L5 and Renfe station Sant Andreu Arenal, with lines towards the UAB. There are many bus lines too (also Nit bus).
The flat is near the mall “El Corte Inglés” and "Heron City" (cinemas, restaurants, cheap clothes stores, etc …). There is also a gym very close (with swimming pool outdoors in summer), many supermarkets, parks, etc …
The price of the room is 300 €/month (expenses of water, electric and gas included). The Internet and telephone expenses are not included and would be divided among the three of us when the invoice is received (15 €/person aprox.). It’s asked a deposit of 300€.

Alquilo habitación para chica en piso en Paseo Valldaura 246 (Nou Barris), en edificio con portero y ascensor.
La habitación es individual, con ventana a un patio interior, muy acogedora y completamente amueblada (cama, mesilla de noche, escritorio, silla, dos estantes y armario).
El piso tiene tres habitaciones (seremos tres chicas), es moderno y está en excelente estado. Está totalmente equipado (lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, horno, Internet Wifi, teléfono con llamadas gratuitas a todos los fijos nacionales, etc…) y es muy luminoso (tiene también un balcón).
El barrio es tranquilo y está muy bien comunicado. Tenemos a 3 minutos la parada de metro L4 Llucmajor (al lado de la Plaza Llucmajor), y a 15 minutos la L1, L5 y la estación de Renfe Sant Andreu Arenal, con líneas que van a la UAB, además de varias líneas de autobuses (también Nit bus).
El piso está muy cerca del centro comercial “Heron City” (cines, restaurantes, tiendas Outlet, etc…) y de un Corte Inglés. También tenéis un gimnasio cerquita (con piscina al aire libre en verano), muchos supermercados, parques, etc…
El precio de la habitación es de 300€/mes (gastos de agua, luz y gas incluidos). Los gastos de Internet y teléfono van aparte y se repartirían entre las tres al llegar la factura (15€ por persona aprox.). Se pide una fianza de 300€.
La habitación ya está disponible. En el piso siempre hubo muy buen ambiente, y buscamos a alguien responsable, limpia y buena gente en general. Vivirías conmigo, Martina (gallega), y con Mónica (asturiana), que llevamos casi cuatro años estudiando y trabajando en Barcelona.
