We are a couple (male & female) and have just moved to Barcelona from the UK and are looking to rent either a room or an apartment.

We are looking to spend up to 350€ for a room in a shared apartment/flat or up to 450 € for an apartment. We would like to live in a nice, safe area as we are new to Barcelona.

We are a clean & tidy couple, I am 24 years old and my partner 26 years old. We both speak English and are learning Spanish. We have a reference off our previous landlord - we rented a house off him for 2 years in the UK.
