Really nice and safe area. Rgith within the heart of the city, everything at a walking distance. Close to the beach, Las Ramblas and Central University for restaurants, bars, museums and shopping. Metro station right downstairs (5 meters from the building). metro stops:Passeig de Gracia . In addition, lots of buses run along Via Augusta Avenue, which also has a bike lane. The apartments are situated on the top floor of an elevator building. have plenty of light, bathroom, TV-VCR and DVD, air conditioning, heating, and huge kitchen with fridge, microwave and washing machine for laundry. Gracia has become very popular with the bright young things of Barcelona who enjoy eating, drinking, and chilling out in the ever growing number of fashionable restaurants, bars and cool “plazas” and spots of Barcelona.
The area is very nice and looks like a village in the center of the city. And there are less tourists than in the old city...
