300/month-Room for rent in Prenzlauer Berg

hey!
i´m looking for a flatmate for the second room of my flat.
the flat is in a quite nice, quite quiet area with a weekly market around the corner and good connections in all directions (s-bahn greifswalder straße 10 mins, 2 two trams in 2 minutes walking distance). there´s a supermarket around the corner and it´s not far to the core of prenzlauer berg, the kastanienallee, with many bars and restaurants.
i have just come back from india and would like to keep my english going, therefore a mothertongue speaker would be nice to share the place with. if there´s a nice german or french, i´m sure, i could deal with that also. =)
the room to be rented out is about 18sqm large, has a bed, shelf, desk, little cupboard and several lamps. so furntiture isn´t really required. it´s 4th floor, so it´s quite bright and the room´s window points to the backyard, so you no worries about cars or any other noise at night.
if you are interested, don´t hesitate and give me a ring. the room is free from now on.

299/month - 2BR - Best location in Berlin, fully furnished

Room to Let in Prenzlauer Berg from September first.
The room is in a shared flat (2 people), it is 16m squared, but actually is much more spacious than that, as everything is nicely placed. The flat is about 80 m squared, with a large bathroom and kitchen. Is really in the best location in Berlin, 50m from Eberswalder Strasse U bahn station, 100m from Kastanienallee. There are bars, restaurants, pubs, clubs, a shopping centre all around, and a park (Mauerpark) around the corner with football pitches and tennis courts, and a place to run (Athletic field). Public transport connection here are perfect- U2, M10, M1 and 12 are all across the road. Here we are 7 minutes away from the city center (Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz).

The room is fully furnished with everything u need:a double bed, a wardrobe, bookshelves, Table Chair, Printer, a good lamp, bed linen, seriously everything. We have Internet DSL, and a telephone with a flatrate for landline calls within Germany. However as we’re in the ‘hinterhof’ the room is extremely quiet, yet sunny and bright, with two big windows and high ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom have everything too, including crockery, a Dishwasher and an oven.
U might be able to stay longer since im in munich for a certain job, and i could be staying there longer, but assume the dates that are given.

If u have more question dont hesitate in calling.
Claudio +491638003813
