Short description: we have an opportunity to start a sports cafe in the central area of Brussels close to the European Parliament quarters. Project is promising to be extremely profitable due to the high demand of such venues among the expats who work for various European, NATO or international institutions or NGOs in Brussels. For a time being there is a very little offer.
We are planning to have a venue which would combine the relaxed pub atmosphere with a multiple screens allowing visitors to watch different international sports events at the same time. We are planning to address both European (soccer, rugby, Formula 1) and American (NFL, NBA, NHL, baseball) audience.

-The sports cafe in Brussels Short project description: Setting up a sports cafe in the existing location in central Brussels. The necessary alcohol and trade licence for the location is obtained. The average profit margin expected 10.000 euro at the first stage, with a 15% growth expectation.
The marketing formula: the cafe will be located close to the European quarters, where our research has indicated high demand for public places broadcasting sports events (football, NFL football, cricket, basketball, rugby) among international expats. There is currently not much competition.
What we need: We are looking for the business partner who would be interested to invest into covering equipment, personnel, rental, promotion and supply costs at the first stage of cooperation.
If necessary we can assist non European investors with EU residence permits, business visas and also real estate and hospitality services.
