There are 2 funished bedrooms (with the 2 for rent by far the largest) and the room is en suite which is inclusive of your personal toilet and bathroom. You would only share the kitchen and lounge with me and the other flatmate(yet to find)The kitchen also contains a separate dining area with a washing machine, fridge, microwave and dishwasher too.

All das in einer ruhigen, 'besseren' Gegend in Brüssel (Place Bienfaiteurs/Weldoenersplein),
10 Minuten mit der Tram (25) zur VUB und 20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum / 5 min mit der Tram.

Einzig, die Wohnung ist mit ihren 75qm einfach etwas zu groß für mich alleine,
insbesondere da ich eh den grössten Teil des Tages an der Uni bin.
Drum habe ich mich entschieden wieder eine (Nichtraucher-) WG zu gründen.
Im untern Stockwerk (3.Stock) ist das Esszimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche,
oben sind zwei Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Der Raum ist unmöbliert und die 440 Euro Miete
enthalten bereits alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Heizung, Strom) und natürlich Internet (wireless).

Bin derzeit als post-doc an der VUB, schätze Sauberkeit und meinen Espresso am Morgen.
