12900 DKK/month - 2BR - Top quality, new, fully furnished apt.,balcony/garage - prime location

A diplomatic UN family is leaving Denmark and therefore sends this real bargain offer to whoever may be interested.

The apartment is situated in a new (December 2005), small (just 3 floors) building, having a unique, prime location at charming and top prestigeous small Holmen island, behind the new Opera House - only 1 km from the town center, adjacent to pittoresque water canals.
The house is located at the street called Danneskiold-Samsøes Allé - a one minute walk from the waterbus stop from which you arrive in just 4-5 minutes to the stop Esplanade (next to the AP Moeller / Maersk Headquarters), and in one minute across the water (perfectly isolating the island from the town's noise) to Nyhavn - the most known historical place in the very center of Copenhagen.
Nyhavn is next to Kongens Nytorv - a large square with a major bus communication hub, where also begins the main pedestrian shopping street.
You can go to the apartment by a city bus as well (about 1 km ride from the town's main metro station Christianshavn and 2 km from the Kongens Nytorv).
The bus frequency is very good, and the bus stop is just in front of the house.
You may take your bicycle to the waterbus (as numerous Holmen inhabitants do), and if you want to cycle to the 'mainland" you just pass a bridge next to the house and you are only1 km from the center of Christianshavn, and 2 km from the center of the town.
There is a beautiful sandy Baltic sea beach at the Amager island - only about 3-4 km from the house.

Over the last few years Holmen became one of the most trendy areas in Copenhagen.
The area has gone through an extensive renovation and represents today an exciting mix of new, small, high tech apartment buildings and very old historical houses. Holmen is an ideal area to inhabit - if you wish to live in historical surroundings close to the Copenhagen water line, with an unpretentious atmosphere. Calm, green and very safe, family friendly environment.

The flat has approx. 90 m2, two bedrooms. one large living / dining room and a sunny balcony.
It is on a 2nd floor (house with an elevator), has a large, fully equipped bathroom (Bosch washing machine, etc.), a kitchen with modern design furniture and high quality refrigerator, deep freezer, dish washing machine, microwave, etc.
The apartment has an internal TV system - there is a screen, allowing to see who rings the main door downstairs (where a small camera is installed).

The apartment is fully furnished (modern Scandinavian style) and equipped with everything - from flat screen TV set through bed sheets and towels through even knives and forks. All you need to do is just unpack and enjoy your new place!

A private high speed Internet access channel has recently been installed in the house and its usage will be offered to the tenant free of charge.
Locked garage for one car (very rare in this town!) and bicycles at the groundfloor, and a locked storage room in the cellar included.

In case of selling, on the new owner's request a part of the modern, new furniture (a lot of bright, wood elements) can be left in the apartment (for an interesting price).

An inexpensive Netto shop next to the house.
Easy and fast connection to the airport.

Nice, upper-class, international English speaking neighbours (numerous diplomats and expats).

Should you need more information, please do not hesitate to write us (English or French).

Michal & Anna
