The apartment is 37m2, nice, and has all you need. Your very own bathroom,kitchen,living/sleepingroom. The furniture is not old,why you have to be able to take care of other peoples stuff. Furniture: sleepingbad, 2 sitting sofas, big marble coffee table, tv, wardrobe, dinning table, kitchen, etc...

The small town is not far away from Copenhagen, and there is a public transport available 5 min away. At the same place where public transport is, you can also find a shopping center.

From Ishøj station to Nørreport station in the heart of Copenhagen -it takes only about 25 min of transport. The flat is also close to fast bus connections as 400S, and 300S, which are going to Lyngby also.


There is deposit of 5000 dkr, which has to be payed to landlord on the day of moving in, and will be returned on the day of moving out.
