You will be able to use everything you want (double bed of course, towels, sheets, washing machine, oven, TV, internet etc.). I live on the last store of a three-stored building, facing West. The stairs look a little shabby because I have a lazy property manager but my place is really cute. Down my street is the Park of the Buttes-Chaumont, one of the biggest and most beautiful parks in Paris. In 2 minutes, you have buses stops and the subway (line 11) and you can reach Châtelet (center of Paris) in 8 minutes. You have tons of shops and restaurants to get any kind of food you want (I am also closed to Chinetown – rue de Belleville) and there is a food market on Sundays.

Largely a pedestrian zone, MONTORGUEIL district offers a wide choice of restaurants and terraces. La rue Montorgueil is also well known for its famous caterers, bakeries, wine shops... as well as for its designer boutiques and trendy fashion stores. Within walking distance : Les Jardins de Halles, Les Grands Boulevards, Marais, Opera, numerous museums and galleries. Close to rue Montorgueil, rue de Caire offers a more quiet atmosphere at this time of year, in August, when all textile wholesalers are closed.
THE APARTMENT
Located on the 4th floor with an elevator, the apartment is very bright with well-ventilated balconies surrounded by flowers. The interior decor is minimalist, but with good taste. The apartment is very clean, pleasant, and a comfortable place.
The lounge includes a sofa-bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, video recorder, cable, WIFI, a JBL -subwoofer speaker, iPod player, a large table, 6 comfortable chairs and a large wardrobe closet (ironing board, iron, pillows, duvet, sheets, baby bed with bed curtains and high chair, vacuum cleaner are also available).
The kitchen is well equipped with a washer-dryer, an oven, a microwave, a table of ceramic, cooking area, a hood, many cupboards, a large American fridge with ice and water distribution, coffee makers espresso, a round table and 4 chairs.
There is wardrobe in the corridor, with a vacuum cleaner.
The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, a cupboard with towels.
The toilet is separate.
The bedroom offers a lot of space to store the clothes and decorated in very soft colors. The room is also equipped with a big TV-set.
