I am 25 years old, exchange student and easy going. I will finish this term by the end of this year and will go back to Germany then. The landloard of the flat is nice and I haven't had any troubles with him so far.

The flat has an innter courtyard in therefor very quite. It is located in the heart of the City Centre (V. District) with parliament, Danube, bars, discos, one block of Nyugati station (train, metro, bus), restaurants, universities, all at walking distance.

Rent: 40,000 HUF + extra costs (about 10,000 extra costs per month)

mein Mitbewohner zieht Ende November 2009 aus und sein kleines, aber feines Zimmer wird frei. Der Eingang der Wohnung befindet sich im Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und das Zimmer hat einen Schreibtisch, Regal, großen Schrank und ein eingebautes Hochbett.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Bezirk, also im Zentrum von Budapest. Universitäten, Bars, Discos, Supermärkte, das Parlament, die Donau etc. liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Zu meiner Person: Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, mache mein Austauschsemester an der Budapest Business School, bin umgänglich und werde allerdings hier nur noch bis Silvester bleiben. Der Vermieter dieser Wohnung ist nett und hilfsbereit. Bisher gabe es keine Probleme.

Die Miete beträgt 40.000 HUF monatlich + Nebenkosten (habe bisher nicht mehr als 10.000 HUF monatlich bezahlt). Umgerechnet bezahlt man nicht mehr als 200 Euro.
