Accommodation offered includes a big front room, with radiator and open fireplace. This room serves as both sitting and sleeping quarters.
The kitchen is also pretty large and there is a bathroom with shower and bath.
The backyard has plenty of greenery and a washing line. Sitting out there is delightful but, in Winter, only recommended for the very stouthearted.
Radiators run on natural gas, but, given that it is an old house, drafts are a force to be contended with.
The house is about 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre and there is a frequent bus service--number 151-- from the top of the road.
I speak Spanish and French, so hopefully, can answer queries in those languages
