The split-level flat is very well presented and has recently been refurbished to a high standard, new kitchen, sofa's etc in living room.

There are 2 further bedrooms (with the 2 for rent by far the largest) and the room is en suite which is inclusive of your personal toilet and bathroom. You would only share the kitchen and lounge with me and the other flatmate(yet to find)

The kitchen also contains a separate dining area with a washing machine, fridge, microwave and dishwasher too.

My house is located at Temple Bar, Dublin 2, Dublin.
