Main Responsibilities Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have full accountability for: • All operations of the refinery • Driving and improving the operational performance culture of the plant • Delivering productivity initiatives • Managing, motivating and setting objectives for the employees together with developing and running maintenance programmes
Experience & Education • Extensive international Alumina refining or similar minerals/metals Process Plant experience. A senior Production Manager seeking the next career move would be ideal. • Proven track record in driving change and operational improvements, together with the experience and ability to deliver results in a multicultural and unionised environment. • Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills to create an improved environment for future growth
