I send you with this email some photos of the apartment, for let you see how it is. It has a Kitchen (quite open and with very high ceiling, fully-equipped with fridge, micro-owen, vitroceramic kitchen, washing and drying machine, iron machine, toast machine, all the sourcespans, knifes, etc .. that you can need), living-room (with the walls with little, beautiful and historical bricks, nice atmosphere there ... here you have TV, DVD with Mp3, some furniture, and a big sofa that turns into a double-bed, quite comfortable) and the bathroom in the first floor (plus a little out-space, where you can put a little plastic-wardrobe to store more stuff, or you can use this space to dry the clothes). The bedroom is the second floor, you use a metal ladder to get into it, and it has a big bed, one wardrobe made of wood and some other furniture to store more clothes and shoes (I need to make more photos to show you this new furniture). The ceiling here is 1,5metres in the entire second floor. All the equipment is quite new (less than 1 year) and the apartment has been complete reformed 1 year ago. The building has a 50m2 terrace (who is share among all the people in the building ... but not so much people go there). This terrace is really nice to take the sun in summer or refresh in summer nights. But the apartment is situated in the ground floor ... that means that is quite fresh in summer and not very cold in winter, is quite protected from the extreme cold or hot ... and that’s good. The heating in the apartment is by hot-air-equipment that also is AA, both functions in brand new equipment. This is the more practical way to warm or cool the apartment, because is quite fast. More things about the building, has been reformed 2 years ago, and have a lot of old people (last years more young people are buying apartments there), is general is a very peaceful building, as same as the area, which is only 10 minutes ago from historical and busy places, with lot of restaurants, clubs, etc ... but surrounding by 2 green areas (Athens Park and Royal Gardens), very nice to have a walk or jogging.

The apartment is in Linneo Street, this one cross Segovia Street, the street that goes from the river and the Segovia bridge to Cathedral ... and then to "Plaza Mayor" and "Puerta del Sol". You have 5 minutes far away by walk from the apartment "Principe Pio Station", where you have subway station, train station and bus station all together, really good to have a good connection to all the public transport network, plus a new big shopping centre, full of clothes-shops, cinemas and restaurants, and in the other way walking 5 minutes you find the Oriente Square, where you find the Cathedral, the Royal Palace and the Opera Theatre. Just 50 metre from the apartment you have a lot of buses. You have other 2 subway station just 10 min. by walk.


Speaking about money, the prize is 575 euros per month (including maintenance expenses of the building and the insurance, but not including water and electricity). Anyway, all the conditions and price are negotiable.


The apartment is available from 1st January 2010.

Now the apartment has wifi broadband internet access + fixed telephone line. So if you want also these services, you can have it full-operational from the first day.

The bedroom is the second floor, you use a wooden ladder to get into it, and it has a big bed, one really big-wardrobe made of wood and some other furniture (2 chest of drawers, big shelves for books and other stuff) plus more electronic equipment (music equipment with loudspeakers). The bedroom is for sure the loveliest place in the apartment ... is a penthouse, you can see and touch the wood beams here ... you have different lights and there is really a good atmosphere here...

The entire apartment is decorated and is plenty of little details. All the equipment is quite new (less than 1 year) and the apartment has been complete reformed 2 year ago. The building has a 50m2 terrace (who is share among all the people in the building ... but not so much people go there). This terrace is really nice to take the sun in summer or refresh in summer nights. And the apartment is an "ATICO", is the last floor of the building, just in front of the terrace, no more apartments in the last floor, and the people almost never comes here ... so the terrace is almost for you.
