As I’ll be spending Christmas in New York city with my girlfriend, I would like to exchange my flat against another one in the Big Apple from December 12th to December 20th 2009 or from December 12th to December 27th 2009. Take note that we can always come to an agreement about dates, it is not a problem for us.

The exchange includes water, electricity, phone, internet, heating, household linen and dish.

I live in a 73 m² flat in the 18th arrondissement of Paris (rue Mont Cenis), near Montmartre.

My flat has 3 main rooms (bedroom, living-room, office) with of course separate bathroom, restroom and kitchen.
There is also a private parking place, under the building.

I live on the 4th store of a six-stored building. It has an elevator.
It is very calm with a view on the backyard (from bedroom and living-room) and on the street (from kitchen and office).

You will be able to use everything you want (double bed of course, towels, sheets, washing machine, oven, TV, internet etc.). You can even break the dishes, I don’t care much (as long as you don’t set fire or trash the place if you see what I mean...)
I’ll be glad to send pictures if you wish to see how it looks.

Near my flat are touristic districts like Montmartre (with Sacré Coeur Church, la place du Tertre) and Pigalle (Moulin Rouge).
It is also close to two main train stations (Gare Saint-Lazare and Gare du Nord).

50 meters away from my appartment, are buses stops and subway station (line 4, Porte de Clignancourt station) and you can reach Châtelet (center of Paris) in 10 minutes, it is direct.
There are shops and restaurants to get any kind of food you want and a food market on Sundays.
