With its art galleries and specialty stores, this historical, cobblestone street is an oasis of calm, just steps away from the bustling Place de la Bastille, where Paris’ famous modern Opera house and many restaurants and cafes are located. The neighbourhood is well equipped for your every day needs with supermarkets, banks, bakeries and open air food markets all within easy walking distance.

The studio’s central location and excellent transport links make it the ideal place from which to discover some of Paris’ best-known tourist attractions.

Transport

This bright 17 sqm independent studio is equipped with your basic needs for a short stay in Paris. It has been recently repainted and has a new wooden floor and sofa bed.

- Kitchen with sink, 2 electric burners, a refrigerator, and a table and stool.
- Bathroom with a toilet, washbasin with cupboard below, shower and a heated towel dryer.

Available from Monday 21st July to mid August only for stays of up to ten nights. The prices are as follows:

2 to 4 nights: 45 euros per night+ 15 euros final cleaning

5 to 7 nights: 40 euros per night + 15 euros final cleaning

8 to 10 nights: 37 euros per night +15 euros final cleaning

Refundable safety and key deposit as normal in France.
