My roommate and I are leaving for a bit to go back to the States, and the room is available from January 1, to April 1. The large bathroom is equipped with everything, nicely decorated, full bathtub (rare for most apartments in Italy) and you will have the full bathroom to yourself (minus the bathtub/shower) for January and February. The apartment is located right next to St. Peter’s Basilica and Vatican Museums. We are well connected to the center of Rome...By Foot: 15 minutes, BY bus: 5 minutes…

The room has to be rented for the full 3 months, no less, and a 1 month deposit along with the first months rent is due upon move in, no later. The deposit will be returned on move out day. The room is 600 Euros (NO negotiations), all inclusive, included is:

The room is very large with a large bed, desk, tv with local tv stations (including MTV), plenty of closet space, and loads of floor space. For the duration of your stay you will have your own large bathroom (complete with all necesseties including bathtub-(I know this sounds strange to say, but rare to find a bathtub in Italy) with the exception of the shower which will be used by the other roommate. The eat in kitchen is large with a full oven, stove, full sized refridgerator/freezer and all of the necesseties.

The apartment has a washing machine,internet access, and is well connected to Trastevere, Vatican City, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Castel St. Angelo, the Pantheon and the Center of Rome for Shopping.
