Really easy to reach from (and go to) Fiumicino airport (by train) and central train station.
USEFUL: from the train station at 2 minutes walking you can get the trains to Tuscany so you can even plan a daily trip to the beautiful cost side of the Tuscany or go in easy way to the beach. For example you can go to Santa Marinella in 30 minutes or to Capalbio in 1 hour 20 minutes or to the amazing Orbetello-Monte Argentario in 1 hour 30 minutes with only 8 euro.
