The bathrooms and kitchen are solid and efficient. Laundry area,kitchen has appliances: stove, oven and refrigerator. The apartment is on the tenth floor, in a nice neighborhood with everything close by: restaurants, supermarkets, plaza, etc.The building has a pool, an events room for big gatherings, a gym, private parking for one car and extra for visitors. The apartemnt has internet and cable connection included.

Balcony and windows look toward the mountains so the apartment gets the soft morning sun and shade in the afternoon that makes it very pleasant to sit for breakfast and/or evening sunset viewing. It has upgraded laminated wood floors throughout the apartment. The living area is open--has a entry hall, a nook for sitting, desk, or additional eating area. Large windows open to the balcony and the living connects to the kitchen with a large island handcrafted top with mosaic, and contemporary accents that give it the loft feeling.

All linens, towels, and kitchen implements for your stay are provided. Nice cushiony sofa and good quality beds. Equipped for three adults. Could consider a family with young children also.
