I’m keen on working with people as I am a very helpful and easy-going girl. I have just finished a stage in a thermal waters resort located in Abano terme (Padua).It’s a very famous resort in the North of Italy which gives hospitality to people from all over the world , specially German ,Russian and English people. I’ve been given the role of the direct contact to guests as to show them the place and being always at their disposal. I did also the hotel booking. Before this stage had started I was supposed to attend German and Russian languages lessons,but also psYchology and strategies of marketing lessons which gave me a good basis to work with and for people.
