This is an immediate temporary sublet until the autumn. No registration possible. No pet. No smokers and only responsible people. The area is Venserpolder Amsterdam Zuidoost. The apartment has a big entrance hall, a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with double bed, lounge with sofa and spare bed, separate kitchen, parking for bikes and cars. The apartment is on the 4th floor and top floor (no lift), very sunny with open views, the area is green with canals and shops nearby. Public transports are very good (day and night buses, metro, trains), near town centre and airport.
