It is just 5min walking distance to Santa Maria in Trastevere which is the most popular district in Trastevere. It is 5min by tram to the exact centre: Largo Argentina or by walking only 15 min. You will share the flat with a french girl and a dutch woman. you will have access for washing machine and wi-fi, all equipments for the kitchen. Linens are provided. It is a huge room and a lot sun shine!! there is a tabacchi and a Bar just downstairs. Easily reachable at nights by Tram or walking. Very Safe Area! Plus there is a police station on the back street :) The price is too low for this area it is 500 euro and EVERYTHING is included (electricity, gas etc.) ! There are NO hidden fees. I rent it, coz I ll go back home for 2 months, so room is temporarily available from the begining of August till the end of September. Dates can be a bit flexible according to the request. Payment will be in advance.
