Superb location as tram/bus stop within 2 min walking distance as well as main shopping street and supermarket. The beach is only 5 min by foot. The city centre is 10 mins by tram. The room itself is bright and furnished. You would share the flat with 3 other international people (2 boys & 1 girl). The flat is spacious with a sunny balcony. Kitchen, Living-room and Bathroom is furnished and shared. The flat is well equipped with washing-machine, dishwasher, microwave as well as wireless Internet. A deposit is required.
