The apartment is about 75-80 meters, on the 4th floor(with elevator), new painted, quiet area, has a quite big sunny living room, bathroom, kitchen,micro-oven, washing machine, fridge, TV. Subway 3 mins connected, bars and supermarkets are around. Even good for a couple or friends for a short stay in barcelona, is a comfortable apartment.As a summer rental, Inquiry neat persons, not party pals.
