Description: Our client in the Sotogrande area is currently seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations for this 35-room luxury serviced apartment facility with a full array of guest amenities. The General Manager provides overall leadership, guidance and direction to the business.

The General Manager also ensures that the company and client financial obligations are met. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management, Business Administration or other related field, plus a minimum of 4 year's relevant experience. Experience working with a diverse, seasonal staff is highly desired. Candidates must be fluent (both written and spoken) in English and Spanish, and any other languages would be advantageous. The ability to manage in a hospitality environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to succeed in this role.

Candidates must have skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management and support staff, and proven ability to respond effectively to changing demands. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
