It is a 2 room apartment (renovated in 2007/2008) - will be shared with 26 y.o. Laundry in the basement. The room is 14 m2 (fully furnished incl. towels, bed linen if necessary), shared kitchen and bath. Wireless internet. NO smoking in the apartment. Requirements to tenant: reliable, very clean/tidy, female, non-smoker, 22-28 y.o. Kr. 4300/month. Incl. water, electricity, heat, internet. Excl. laundry. Deposit is 3 months rent.
