Date: Friday, July 18, 2008 Category: Region: Description: Here is a description of the Apartment: The flat is located in Amsterdam (Amsterdam upper west) on 3rd floor. There is much light and wooden floor. There is a bus stoping less than a minute walk from the door step, and it stops at central station (10 minutes ride). The neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet and there is a beautiful park just nearby, as well as some of Amsterdam most cosy neighborhoods. With a bike (I assume you'll get one somehow..) you are in 12-15 minutes in the Leidseplein which is the center of Amsterdam. Actually Amsterdam is not big at all (nothing to compare to any major city I know). The appartment includes 2 rooms in total + kitchen +toilets + Balcony. The house is fully furnished (stove, washing machine, internet connection, fridge, tv, dvd, bed(s)). The House could be used as 2 separate bedrooms but is most suitable for 1 person or a couple. The price is 650E for the period mentioned and includes all expenses, everything but the telephone which will be disconnected in that period. I ask also for a deposit of the same amount which will be given back at the end of your stay, when everything's fine with the appartment. A deposit of the same amount will be asked, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay once everything is in order. The Appartment is suitable for REALLY quiet people!
