I will be in Beijing on a volunteer assignment during the month of September 2008 (Aug 29-September 30) and I need a furnished short-term apartment. I am looking to live somewhere that is around Dongsishiyitiao (within walking distance of Zhang Zi Zhong Lu station on subway line 5). Would like to live in a building with 24-hour security and a gym in the building. I need a landlord who speaks English well because my Chinese is horrible :( Please send any apartment listings with photos! Please include the rent as well! Thank you very much.
