Are you constantly stressed and searching for balance in your life? This entertaining, practical workshop introduces you to what meditation is and why it is so important in your busy life.
You will learn to quiet your mind, find your center place of balance, and focus on being truly "present" and more. You will be shown several types of meditation exercises that you can do at home that will have an immediate impact on your feeling of balance and reduced stress level. The body, mind and soul connection is explored throughout, with several fun exercises to try. Handouts and light refreshments included.
