Key Account Manager Rotterdam. Tellus is Europes largest and fastest growing lead generation e-business companies.
Due to the unprecedented growth and expansion of Tellus in 2008 we are currently looking for experienced and mature individuals to join our account management team who can use their language skills to build and support our continued customer growth.
As part of the account management team, your main objective will be to offer superb account management leading to high-value, long-term client involvement. Daily responsibilities will include maintaining accurate client records using our internal database and supporting and discussing clients specific requirements. The successful candidate will enjoy considerable autonomy in running their client accounts.

Requirements:
Native speaker, plus high proficiency in English.
Relevant experience in customer service and managing a large number of accounts simultaneously.
Delivery of outstanding results against highly challenging targets.
Tenacity.
Able to build long-term relationships over the telephone.
Proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently.
Good time management.
First class negotiation skills with experience of contract negotiation at a senior level.

Responsibilities:
Our account managers are responsible for managing our current customer client base within your native language. You will establish strong strategic relationships with your clients, allowing you to optimize their account to increase revenue and contract longevity.
You will maintain and administrate your client accounts in our various database systems. Through analysis and gathered experience, you will add constructive input into coordinating improvements in our websites while seeking out opportunities for new websites in your market.
All communication with the potential customers is based in our Rotterdam office.
