The Team is responsible for Client and Counterparty Margin Calls and Client Valuations. The team is responsible for monitoring and managing the firm’s exposure through collateralization as well as providing portfolio valuations to clients. This is an exciting opportunity for the candidate to establish the Collateral Management team, including continuous improvement and creation of new processes, and implementation of new Collateral Management platform/system. The role will require the individual to build working relationships with Sales and Trading, Credit, Middle Office, Technology, Operations and Finance. The primary focus is to mitigate Group Risk by ensuring all counterparty exposure is covered on a daily basis for all Global Markets and Treasury asset classes. Requirements: Educated to a degree level with strong experience in Collateral Management in the Investment Banking Industry. Previous experience in establishing and managing the Collateral Management function will be viewed as a distinct advantage. Good knowledge of OTC derivative asset classes including Interest Rate derivatives, FX, Credit and Structured Credit products, and Fixed Income. Should have knowledge of relevant banking regulations.
