Date: Thursday, July 24, 2008 Category: Region: (YELAHANKA) Description: A site measuring 7220 S.Ft within California Gardens, a layout developed by Ramanashree Group, who are into construction and hospitality business. It is located on Doddaballapur road, about 2 Kms away from Yelahanka New town, ie, 2 kms away from 6 lane highway (NH 7) connecting the new airport with the city. NH 7 also connects Hyderabad with Bangalore. The new airport would be about 10 kms away from the layout. The layout has about 150 sites in various sizes; mostly owned by NRIs residing in Middle east and the US; is adjacent to Ramanashree California, a resort run by the developer, that has rooms to rent with restaurants, pool and tennis court etc. The documents are fine and we pay taxes etc regularly at the village office and also site falls in the front portion of the layout. The site measures 7220 s.ft with 95' two parallel sides and the other two sides about 76'. Hence it is elongated in shape and located at the periphery of the layout. So a corner site. Layout is developed with street lights, rain water drains and sewrage connections etc. and ready for construction of houses. The individual sites are fenced and plots marked and the layout is within walls and has 24hrs security arrangements. The adjacent site to the layout is developed by the prestige group as Monte Carlo and has about 450 apartments already occupied by owners or tenants. Few feet away the Heritage has few blocks with as many as 300 apartments. Sobha and Puravankara have announced their projects and they are underway.
