The fixed price is 500 EUR all inclusive for a maximum of 10 days starting from 1st of August. The apartment lies on the street Reinier Claeszenstraat on the first floor with its own private entrance. It's a quiet street with lots of trees and a wide sidewalk with all necessary shops around the corner. It is located in the west of Amsterdam, about 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes walking to the popular Jordaan area in the centre. At the end of the street tram 12, 13 and 14 pass by which go directly to central station and other parts of the centre. - The apartment has 60 square meters and is completely renovated and furnished. - It has a sunny balcony which has a view over peaceful gardens. - The kitchen has a sunny window and is complete with a gas stove and all electrical appliances such as dish washer, cooler, freezer, microwave, espresso machine and oven. - The luxurious bathroom has a bath tub, shower, toilet, wide washing table and plenty of towels. - The apartment has its own laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron machine and iron table. - The living has a relaxing atmosphere with a view towards to the gardens outside. The living includes a dining table, chairs, a lounge couch and a large plasma television with cable tv and dvd player. At night the fireplace (with remote control) gives additional warmth and atmosphere. - The study is combined with the bedroom and has a large desk for reading or working peacefully next to a large and sunny window.
