Date: Thursday, September 25, 2008 Category: Region: (Hamra, Near AUB) Description: My friend and I have just signed a 12 month lease on a 3 bedroom apt. We're looking for our third roommate. We are from the U.S., and are enrolled at a graduate program at AUB. The apt is located 2 mins walking distance from Hamra street and about 8 mins walking distance from AUB. Details: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large balconies, washer machine, ACs in all rooms, large living room, internet, etc We're looking for our third roommate to either go to AUB or LAU and to be a female. But we're open to other roommates. The room will be $425 USD a month. Move in is this weekend Sept 27th or 28th (to be confirmed by landlord). We're paying landlord in 6 month installments.
