Responsibility Are included but not limited to: 1. Receive and direct telephone calls and messages. 2. Prepare correspondence independently or based on brief note. 3. Prepare and type letters, memos, and legal documents. 4. Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties. 5. Sets up meeting schedule and venue, and prepare meeting agenda and minutes. 6. Gather and compile information as requested and prepare required reports/documents Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administrant. ( Diploma in Secretarial Skills is a plus). • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint is plus. • Strong Interpersonal Skills. • High Standard of Communication in English verbal and written (Arabic is plus) • 5 years of work experience, three of which spent as an Executive Secretary or equivalent. .Organized; able to handle multi-tasking; independently carry out complex oral and written instructions
