The apartment is located near IST, in a peaceful and quite environment, with a beautiful garden. Sun in the morning until noon. Despite being in a central and premium zone of Lisbon 100 m from Av de Roma, with metro and buses for all parts of the city, this is a very quite and safe residential area. IST is within a walking distance of 5 minutes. The flat is a large family home that has been refitted to be shared, with complete kitchen and bathroom. Fast Wireless Internet included in the price. Bills of water, electricity and gas are not included: in average 20/25 euros per month. By request, you may have MEO TV with major international chains and also Full HD (High Definition) chains.
