Date: Friday, September 26, 2008 Category: Region: (Dubai Marina) Description: I am a north European man, who is running a bussines with a virtual office in Dubai, I have been looking for real offices alternative a small flat to use as an office, a studio is 80-90k and a one bedroom is 100-120 k, if there is anyone else there that are looking to have an office (without an offcial adress) and would like to share, say a one bed appartment and kit it out for office use (this is about half price of an office guilding) I would like to hear from you maybe we could share, these flats have usually bathroom and a ktichenet with firdge and hob etc... so the pan is: a living room and a bed room , we could have one room each for office use and share bathroom and kitchenet. oen can easy fit 2-3 dewsk in each room if neccesary. My bussiness is within international trade / oil. My working hours are monday-friday noon-8pm max.... I have been working from home for the last 12 months and it is not ideal with children etc. So i recon it could be pretty cheap solution and also to have a office in a nice area is important for me, with acces to resturants and cafes etc like dubai marina. if you are interested pleas make contact. ahh and by the way in order for this to work I do strongly believe you will have to be european/american/aussie or similar, or at least have similar ways.. I am not racist or anything just realistic... |
