I sublet 2 large luxurious studios in the first floor of a 1-floor mansion, in the courtyard of a 19-th century building in the heart of Paris, on Rue Rodier.
These flats have been beautifully renovated by an architect, with hardwood oak floors, high ceilings with original wooden beams. Each studio is completely independent and can sleep up to 4 people. Each studio has the same interior design:
- The living room has a sofabed, armchairs, and a dining table with 4 chairs. Wooden steps will lead you to the mezzanine where you'll find another king-size mattress.
- In the center of a living room, there is a flat-screen LCD TV.
- Also included In the rate: Cable TV with hundreds of channels, free Internet (wireless) and free Phone calls to Europe, US and Australia !
- The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge/freezer.
- The apartment has a full size bathroom and a WC. The building is secured with a coded front entrance.
You will be welcomed by myself or our bilingual representative who will meet you at the apartment and walk you through the amenities and the neighbourhood. We will be just a phone call away should you need us.
A home maid, a baby-sitter, a guided tour of Paris neighbourhoods and plenty of other things are possible to arrange.

The 9th Arrondissement of Paris is one of the best known of the city's central districts, located on the Right Bank (Rive Droite) of the river Seine, closely adjoining Montmartre on the hill above. It has been described by the NY Times as the district of charcuteries and fruit stands !
You will be in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood scene with lots of little cafés, a myriad of specialty food shops, clothes and accessories boutiques, and the famous Rue des Martyrs selling the freshest fruit and veg, cheese, flowers, seafood, wines, Parisian pastries and chocolate.
On Rue des Martyrs, 3 minutes walk from the flats, you will find one of the famous bakery and pastry of Paris. Its baguette has been elected “Best Baguette of Paris” in 2007. It is also the official provider of the Palais de l’Elysée, the palace of the French President:
