They are very well spotted right in the middle of Ajman downtown close to the beach, shopping mall and future Metro. This project is nearly completed and is very safe as it is backed by the government of Ajman. I have already paid 50% and the next 50% will be spread on the next 2 years with no interest and it will be easily covered by the rental income.
