The growth in this sector has dramatically increased institutional work and has created the need for Real Estate Appraisers. Our Real Estate Appraisers perform both appraisal review and full appraisals with duties including: market research, inspection of properties, assistance in valuation of projects, and report writing. The current positions require previous experience. Significant travel to and from assignments is required to perform the tasks associated with the position. It is estimated that travel will comprise roughly 25% to 50% of any typical workweek. Applicants must have access to reliable transportation, and a digital camera, to perform the requirements of the position. This opening is for an independent contractor for a fee-split position.
