Job Purpose Summary: Effectively execute the implementation of projects according to company policy, quality standards, and most importantly project’s scope of work. Responsible for meeting work deadlines, by constantly reporting his/her progress and alerting management of any foreseen obstacles. In charge of project documentation and follow up in addition to technical support. Skill requirements:
1-Education: B.S. in Computer or Communications Engineering
2-Credentials (certificates, courses, memberships): Cisco certification is a plus: CCVP, CCIP, CCNP, CCSP or CCIE
3-Experience: At least two years of directly relevant experience with the below product(s). •UCCX – Unified Contact Center express •UCCE – Unified Contact Center Enterprise •UCVP – Unified Customer Voice Portal
4-Languages: fluent in Arabic & English
5-Prerequisites/Special skills:
General:
•Extensive experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 4.x-6.x (IP-PBX) •Extensive experience with Cisco Unity product family (voice mail) •Extensive experience with Cisco Customer Contact Solutions family (call centers) •Excellent analytical, written and oral presentation skills. •Proven time management skills in a dynamic work environment. •Ability to multi-task, be flexible and meet aggressive deadlines.

Key responsibilities and competences:
1-Core responsibilities: •Executing technical projects with respect to the company’s high standards and expertise. • Responsible for meeting the deadlines set by management for project delivery. • Offering support on all escalated technical problems falling in his/her line of expertise weather related to or not to projects previously executed. 2-Project/Practice Management:
•Responsible for ensuring that all engagements are met in terms of project execution and in accordance to the predefined conditions set by management. •Reviews deliverables prepared by the pre-sales & technical teams before organizing his/her daily or weekly work agenda. •Resolves issues in a timely fashion. •Constantly updates all team members and Supervising Managers on project progress using the adopted reporting tools. •Willing to follow specialized trainings to further develop his/her skills as per agreed upon training path, or as per company request and with respect to the engineer’s professional and technical predisposition.
3- Client Management •Coordination and management of implementation tasks. •Anticipates planning setbacks and proposes alternative technical solutions. •Continually seeks and capitalizes upon customer satisfaction. •Possess a knowledge base of each client's business, systems and installed products/solutions. •Effectively sustaining after-sales support.
4-Project Accounting:
•Ensures timely and accurate delivery of project status report and project documentation. •Follows up with management any delays in project execution prerequisites.
Work conditions: 1-Scope: •The workplace depends on the project’s nature and scope. •All activities of Data Consult falling under the Projects Department (Project Implementation/Field Work) scope of responsibility. •The services provided consists of all the networking projects and services that Data Consult is currently affiliated with and handled by Data Consult. 2-Communication line: •Effectively communicates relevant project information to all stakeholders through company reporting tools. •Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations to involved teams. •Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. •To report to PM and Field Manager regarding project progress and any business related issues. •Immediately escalates any setbacks related to services or project implementation to concerned parties.
