You have NO COMMISSIONS to pay, because you will not rent through an agent. They are greedy and push prices up high. You would rent directly from the owner. Once you have paid for the villa it is yours fully for the whole year. You will not be asked or need to pay any holding deposit for a villa here. You will be trusted as you are a business operator with a company. You must rent in the name of the company to be legal and secure your assets. We can take care of the rental agreement on your behalf. Remember YOUR THE BOSS and everything is in your full control. You need NOT trust us or any nominee. This is important you understand this matter. We put CONTROL into the hands of our clients. Your villa and any other assets is assigned to your company. You have 100% control over your company and the companies bank accounts. Your company comes with a full bank account and range of services. Your director is NAME-ONLY.
