This one bedroom apartment sleeps two-three adults, there is also a baby crib. It is newly renovated with old Portuguese style. It has a small balcony looking out on the tiny streets of this old neighborhood. The apartment is on the second floor of a 18th century typical Alfama house with lots of sun in the day and cool for sleeping in the night in summer. It is only a 5 minutes to walk to the Castle and 10 min. to walk to the center of Lisbon. Travel around Lisbon on the delightful electric tram # 28 which is a 1 minute walk from the apartment. It is a 3 minute walk to the new Metro Station at Sta. Apolonia Train Station. (Lisbon's main terminal) The neighborhood is filled with many authentic Fado houses and restaurants. the apartment contains A bedroom with a double bed (14 cm ) A sunny living room with a sofa bed, and dining table. It has also satelite TV (English + other languages), stereo, CD, Tape player, internet access. A complete kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster,washing machine. A full bathroom with shower. From the windows you have a nice view over the small square Largo de Santo Estevão In wintertime the apartment is heated with electric heaters and there is a fan for summer cooling. This is a Non-Smoking apartment. Accommodates 3 people. (baby crib available). Rates: 55 Euros per night from November - March Includes cleaning. Minimum 3 nights 10% discount for 1 week or more
