(Management Information System) Application is an internal system of UJS&UJN that links up the various departments of the organization and also ensures the proper flow of the information and communication between them. The purpose of this project is to assist the potential users of Jal Sansthan & Jal Nigam with their daily workings. This project was having 15 modules, which includes Payroll, Billing, Finance & Work Accounting, Resource management, etc. The application comprises of all the integrated 15 modules. ROLE: As a team Member, the Associate has been involved in the following activities: •Working on the functional & technical specifications of modules. •Involved in designing phase & Coding phase. •Currently Working with AL-Marose Trading Co., Riyadh, K.S.A as Software Developer. Working for IT Development on Insurance project PROJECT: Developing Web Based Insurance Application Module for Al Marose marketing Co. Collaboration with Al-Ahliya insurance Co. Riyadh, K.S.A (From January ’2008- till Now) Team Size: 2 O/s: Win XP S/w: Asp.Net 2.0, C# .Net, SQL Server 2000, Java Script. This module is Conversion of an existing Desktop Application (Access 97) in to web Application. Al‐Marose Workings: Al‐Marose interacts with two major agencies for its business transactions: 1. Al‐Ahlia Insurance Co. Ltd. 2. Mac‐Tourism (Trip-Tik) •The agents should be able to login into the system through a secured ID and Password through the 200 agent centers across Middle East. •The agents should be able to input and submit the client details in the proposal form through the online system. •The software should be able to do an initial level proposal check. Agents should be able to scan the proposal form and submit them online along with the proposal details. •The agents should be able to access his details which would include all his previous sales details Services required for the Mac‐Tourism – Trip‐Tik issuance •The software should be able to interact with elm.com.sa through triptik.com.sa •Agents should be able to access car details through the software and record the reference number generated by TrikTik.co.sa . •Agents should be able to login customer's information through the software and generate Trip‐Tiks. •The software should be able to record the total number of Trip‐Tiks issued. •The software should be able to record the payment details between Al-Marose and Trik-Tik.com.sa •The software should be able to generate reports based on the details generated by the system for Trip‐Tik •Agents should be able to access the details about all the TripTiks issued by them. •Al-Marose should be able to access the daily sale of Trip‐Tik through the website. The Development of this project is on Hold. Professional Qualification: Completed Bachelor of Engineering (Information Technology) at the School of Information Technology (Formerly Indian Institute of Information Technology-Calcutta) in June 2006.
