Date: Saturday, October 11, 2008 Category: Region: Description: Hi, I'm a female American expat executive, looking for a room in a quiet villa in the Jumeirah 3 or Umm Suqueim area. I will not be driving all the time so, I will need to be near a main road so as to be able to catch a cab. I will need the room for at least 6-7 months as I plan to stay until June. The amenities I'm looking for are: - a descent sized room with a refrigerator inside. - cable tv - WIFI available in the room - a shared kitchen is fine - maid service at least once a week. - parking spaces or parking availability when necessary - near a main road such as al Wasl road or Jum. Beach Rd to catch a cab when necessary. - I will need a reciept for US tax purposes. I prefer a shared villa with other Westerners rather than an apartment as it offers more privacy and better ease of access. Thanks |
