Price of the property at time of launch-----------------8%+ AED 3,240,000
We sale investor property for 5% premium---------------------AED 3,150,000
Profit for investor for AED 300,000 investment---------------AED 150,000
That is 50% in four months and easily more then 100% in one-year period!

If one can afford I strongly recommends investing in whole floor for even better prices and huge Leverage it provide.

Long-term investors:
If you are an end user of the property or buying the property to rent out for long term cash flow. I suggest buying the property in secondary market. We can find property below developer prices in some cases 30-35% less depending on construction stage of the building. You get 30-35% equity immediately. You do not have to wait 3 years for the property to complete. You can start your cash flow sooner. Your rental returns are between 15-16% and a large equity in the property. A win- win situation for this kind of investors. This could be the perfect opportunity for retirees or going to be retired person.
