Description: I worked at Shanghai Improved Piping Products Co. Ltd., as the plant manager assistant, for over 4 years. Major work there was to establish a smooth environment for production and collect all kinds of info upon which plant manager can make business decision, while coordinating different departments of the company. Major goal of the job there:

Detailed info:
1. Carry our PM¡¯s management directives.
2. Coordinate internal and exterior relationships/factors: say, manpower, machines and raw materials.
3. Work out production plan and generate factory orders.
4. Supervise production progress and collect data for PM¡¯s decision making
5. Daft rules as to the request of PM, such as staffs¡¯ handbook, lease contract, labor contract, PCP, and attendance rules
6. Lead and finish projects assigned by PM
7. Interpret/translate on production spot/meeting
8. Fill in the vacancy of the company MGR when needed.
9. Evaluate MGR/Staff under the supervision of PM
10. Bring up and train production controller
11. Finish other tasks assigned by PM.
12. While being metal shop manager, mainly responsible for:
*1.Make production plan as to orders on hand and suppliers¡¯ delivery plan and put it into practice
*2. Collect daily production data and seek productivity improvement
*3. Ensure staff runs production in line with quality
*4. Based upon daily output, work out preventative means so as to increase output
*5. Analyze quality and take corrective actions
*6. Keep the workplace clean and neat as to the requirements of 5s
*7. Review shop leaders and staff
*8. Hammer out all kinds of reports, rules and regulations.
Major achievements:
1. Have done such projects for the company: HDPE chips recycling system, Hoister system, HDPE water-cooling system, Alarm and ID-Door system and company¡¯s relocation from Baoshan to Qinpu.
2. Have generated a lot of rules/contracts such as staffs¡¯ handbook, labor contracts, lease contract, production control procedures, attendance rules, and performance review methods of the staff/leaders
